New Car Recycling Procedure

Important Notice: Vehicle Depollution Service Ending Final Day of Service: Friday 19 December 2025

We wish to advise all customers that our vehicle depollution service will cease permanently as of Friday, 19 December 2025.

This decision follows an extended review of the service’s ongoing viability. While vehicle depollution has been part of our operation for many years, it is no longer sustainable due to: High operating costs and labour requirements

Low financial return per vehicle

A market increasingly dominated by non-compliant operators

Ongoing legal and regulatory risk

As a result, we have made the strategic decision to wind down depollution operations completely to make way for future investment.

⚙️ What’s Next The current depollution bay will be repurposed for the installation of a state-of-the-art non-ferrous baling press, scheduled for early 2026. This major upgrade reflects the direction of our business: focusing on high-efficiency, high-return, compliant scrap metal processing.

Vehicle Acceptance After Shutdown After 19 December 2025:

We will no longer accept vehicles requiring depollution. Vehicles that have already been depolluted to a compliant standard will still be accepted under our usual terms. We appreciate your understanding as we shift toward this new chapter. This change allows us to better serve our customers, staff, and the broader industry with smarter, safer, and more future-focused solutions. For any questions, please speak with our staff or contact us directly. Thank you for your continued support.
